Statement of Strategy 2011 - 2014
Call for Submissions
Under the provisions of the Public Service Management Act, 1997, all Government Departments and Agencies are currently preparing their Statements of Strategy for the period 2011-2014.
Statements of Strategy set out the high level goals and objectives of Departments and Agencies, as well as the strategies to be used to achieve them. The Statements also provide information on how each organisation will monitor progress in achieving its goals by identifying measurable outputs, outcomes and performance indicators.
To assist Teagasc in defining its strategic vision for the next three years, interested parties (e.g. customers, service users, professional, trade and other organisations, and individuals) are now invited to submit their views on the shape and content of our new Statements of Strategy.

Written submissions should be sent by email to lance.obrien@teagasc.ie or by post to Dr Lance O’Brien, Teagasc Head Office, Oak Park, Carlow. The deadline for receipt of submissions is Friday 26th August 2011.
