Kildalton College is proud to say it has some of the most up to date facilities for teaching in the country. In September 2009 a new wing to Kildalton College was officially opened by the Minister for Agriculture, Brendan Smith. Educational facilities now include numerous spacious class rooms, two science labs, 4 computer rooms, design studio, auditorium and student recreation facilities with WiFi.

Accommodation

85 students (male and females) can be accommodated in single rooms at Kildalton College.

Offers of accommodation will be made to students who have accepted full time courses on 1st August 2010. Since rooms in the college are limited the college will allocate rooms as course fees are paid.

Students on second year courses generally prefer to find their own accommodation.

Students on Higher Level Courses at WIT arrange their own accommodation in the Waterford City, Carrick-on-Suir or Piltown.

An accommodation list is available from WIT Accommodation Office for WIT students Tel: (051) 306100 or (051) 302615

Student development incorporates individual support for students with numeracy and literacy problems. Additional support will be organised by Kildalton College. Students can be offered one to one tutor support in association with Word Aid (N.A.L.A)
