Spray Safe Pesticide Awareness Campaign by Cork County Council
The campaign is focused on occasional users of pesticides, such as householders, gardeners and small-scale farmers. A key message of the campaign is that users should always assess in the first instance if they need to use a pesticide at all. The link between protecting water quality and protecting biodiversity is also stressed.
Further information is available on Cork County Council’s Environment Facebook page
The campaign has also produced an excellent short video aimed at household and garden users.
