The work of my research group focusses on Food Material Science and Structure Design.
Research areas of interest for MSCA IF application:
Physico-chemical properties of biomaterials; dehydration and granulation; foods structural and textural designs; stickiness and flowability of powders; state transition and phase transition in foods; structured emulsions for functional delivery; encapsulation and functional food ingredients; stabilization of probiotics; dairy ingredients.
