Project Title: Developping a state-of-the-art membrane separation platform for production of next generation dairy fraction powders for use in nutritional powder applications

Overview: This PhD project aims to develop novel separation techniques of milk proteins, taking advantage of the efficiency and lower carbon footprint provided by membrane filtration technology. Cascade filtration processes or single-stage forward osmosis are thus optimized to use as little energy as possible to isolate, purify and/or concentrate dairy components.

I am very interested in all processes aiming at reducing our carbon footprint, as energy is becoming scarce with growing population and we need to be even more careful regarding our impact on the environment.

I am from French Polynesia, passionate by nature, and I love travelling, cooking, running and playing guitar while singing. After my PhD, I would be very interested in consulting as it combines interaction with people (from who we can learn too) with the rewarding feeling of helping one to achieve challenges.
