Project Title: Developing sustainable beef finishing strategies through improved feeding and nutrition
Overview: I am a recent graduate of Animal and Crop Production in UCD. I decided to undertake this study as I have always had a great interest in research and nutrition. My project will involve trialling different methods to achieve an appropriately finished animal in the most economically and environmentally sustainable way.
