Project Title: Soil fertility underpinning nutrient use efficiency for sustainability
Sudipto is primarily interested in understanding how soil nutrient availability varies depending on climate, vegetation, geomorphology, the physicochemical properties of the soil and landscape management practices.
The focus of his research is to improve understanding on the interrelations between the relevant drivers and ultimately to inform more appropriate agricultural management strategies leading to improved soil conservation, improved water use efficiency and reduce GHG emission from agriculture.
Besides research Sudipto is interested in wildlife and landscape photography.
