Reproductive Targets

As calves are the major output of any suckler herd, reproductive efficiency is a key factor determining profitability. Achieving the main reproduction targets is essential and this is outlined in Chapter 22 of the Teagasc Beef Manual High-reproductive-performance-in-beef-herd (.pdf, 328kb).
