Pig Farmers Conference

The Teagasc Pig Farmers conference takes place annually in order to disseminate research results as well as present information relating to current issues and updated management practices within the pig industry. The conference is made up of presentations by the advisors and researcher in the Pig Development Department as well as several guest speakers. A new addition to the conference is the student poster session. This provides attendees the opportunity to meet with some of our postgraduate students and find out more about the projects on-going in the Pig Development Department. The conference is held two locations, generally Tipperary and Cavan.
