Education & Service
The Teagasc Pig Department provide education and training in the following ways:
- QQI Level 5 Certificate in Agriculture (Pig Production)
- Providing lectures and day trips to several of the agricultural colleges throughout Ireland
- Workshops
- Discussion Groups
- Publications
Addionaly a QQI Level 6 Certificate in Agriculture is currently being developed and will be on offer in early 2017 for. More information: QQI Level 6 Proposed Course Description
