Teresa Hooks

Walsh Fellow

Research Interests

Teresa joined Teagasc as a Walsh Fellow in January 2014. She is based at the Centre for Cooperative Studies, University College Cork (UCC) and the Rural Economy and Development Programme (REDP), Teagasc Mellows Campus, Athenry. Her PhD research focuses on agricultural co-operatives and is supervised by Professor Michael Ward, Dr Olive McCarthy (UCC) and Dr Áine Macken-Walsh (REDP, Athenry).

Education

Teresa graduated in 2011 with an undergraduate BA International degree in French and Geography and received a MA in Rural Sustainability in 2013 from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
