• Contributed to development of National Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda for Agriculture and Food “Sustainable Healthy Agri-Food Research Plan – SHARP” (2014)
• Contributed to action plans for National Research Prioritisation Areas: Food for Health and Sustainable Food Production and Processing Working Group. Also, significant input into national metrics for monitoring of progress on implementation of prioritisation exercise (2012 – 2013)
• Member of Steering Group to conduct the National Consultation for Ireland’s submission to the Common Strategic Framework (successor to FP7) - 2011
