Ophélie Menant

Postdoctoral researcher

Research Interests

Currently I am a Postdoctoral researcher on the OneWelPig project led by Laura Boyle and Keelin O'Driscoll.

From my Master degree to now I focused my career on animal welfare, with the aim to understand and improve it. I worked on projects that intend to understand the underlying mechanisms of emotions (from triggered event to the behavioural expressions by way of neurobiological mechanisms); and intend to offer responses to outdoor farm management issues.
