Tom O'Connor, originally from Limerick, embarked on his career with Teagasc in 1996 as a REPS Planner, serving the eastern region of Limerick until 2003. Following this role, he transitioned to become a dedicated Dairy Advisor based in Newcastle West, a position he has held until recently. He is the Signpost Climate Advisor for the Kerry/Limerick region.
