April 2007 – May 2010: Donegal Area Manager Teagasc; responsible for leadership and delivery of an effective advisory service to client farmers in Co. Donegal 
January 1998 – April 2007: Dairy Specialist Teagasc; responsible for leadership, delivery and evaluation of the Teagasc Dairy Monitor Farm programme in the South-East of Ireland 
January 1995 – January 1998: REPS Adviser Teagasc; preparation of REPS environmental plans for Teagasc client farmers
