Teagasc Forestry at Bloom 2024
Bloom 2024
Bloom is Ireland's largest and most spectacular gardening event, taking place during the June bank holiday weekend (30 May - 3 June 2024) in the Phoenix Park, Dublin.
At Bloom, the Teagasc Forestry stand will highlight its work in providing integrated research, advice and training support to optimise the multifunctional benefits and potential of our forests.
Discover at Teagasc’s forestry stand why trees in our landscape provide excellent economic, social and environmental benefits. Talk to an experienced forestry adviser or researcher how trees can improve animal welfare on farms, enhance water quality and biodiversity or sequester carbon from the atmosphere. Learn why trees and forests provide excellent recreational opportunities as well as reliable income streams.
And don't miss the opportunity to challenge yourself with our tree identification game with prizes for the winners!
We look forward to meeting you!
