Have you considered a career in the land based sector?

Teagasc live streamed a webinar into schools on Tuesday, 21 February where over 3,000 students from schools across the country tuned to hear about the diverse career opportunities in the land based sector!

The webinar hosted by Ellen Doherty, student of Kildalton College featured past and current students along with members of including Anne Marie Butler, Head of Education and Karen O'Connell, Assistant Principal of Clonakilty College who gave an overview of studying with Teagasc.

Viewers heard about our upcoming college open days and got a glimpse into the latest technologies/machinery along with the facilities on offer.

Agri Aware Farm Walk and Talk Events

The Agri Aware Farm Walk and Talk series demonstrates the practical elements of modern agriculture to second-level students preparing for their Leaving Certificate Agricultural Science exam.

Farm Walk and Talk 2023 will run across four weeks, from February 28th - March 23rd this Spring. Registration is essential
