Machinery Practicals

Students will work with two of the college technicians Tom Scannell and Pat Beechinor and machinery teacher Brian Dunican. 

Students will learn essential machinery skills needed to work efficiently and safely on their home farms. Some of the skills the students will learn will be machinery safety, equiping farm equipment, driving skills, calibrating fertiliser spreaders and slurry tankers in order to spread fertiliser efficiently and correctly, etc.
