This page presents information for graduates of Teagasc education and training programmes who may have lost their certificates or require letters of equivalence regarding their qualifications for DAFM or Revenue or other purposes.

I have lost my green cert; what should I do?

If you are a graduate of Teagasc programme, since 2016, you can apply directly to Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) for a replacement certificate https://payments.qqi.ie/rc
If you are a graduate of Teagasc programme, prior to 2016, please complete the Teagasc Graduate Query form below and we will use the information which you provide to search education records.

Have I a green cert? (Is my qualification equivalent to a green cert?)

Both DAFM and Revenue have a list of approved qualifications for the purposes of meeting the educational requirements for trained farmer status. If the qualification and name of awarding body is included on the list, then you meet the educational requirement for trained farmer status.

I am a Teagasc graduate from 2016 onwards, so can I get a replacement certificate?

If you hold a QQI award from 2016 onwards, you can apply to QQI for a replacement award parchment https://payments.qqi.ie/rc

I hold an ACOT/Teagasc or FETAC award, can I get a replacement certificate?

If you hold an ACOT/ Teagasc or FETAC award, replacement certificates cannot be issued. However a letter can be issued regarding your qualifications as described in the following questions and answers.

I was registered at a Teagasc partner university, technological university or Institute of Technology and I need a transcript of results or replacement parchment; what should I do?

If you were a registered student at a Teagasc partner university, technological university or Institute of Technology and you are seeking a transcript of results or replacement parchment, then you will need to contact the registrar or examinations office for the relevant training provider, as Teagasc does not have access to your records.

I need a letter regarding my qualification for DAFM schemes, how should I proceed?
