Paper - Stream P in low flows

High-resolution water quality monitoring indicates recurring elevation of stream phosphorus (P) levels during low-flows and which may exceed Water Framework Directive standards during ecologically sensitive periods. For one year in three of our catchments during spring, summer and autumn, intensive sampling of streams took place to identify the factors controlling this process.
