Product Specific Courses

Teagasc provides specialist training to producers, processors and retailors across the food sector, including dairy, meat, confectionary and prepared consumer foods. These training programmes are delivered from Teagasc Centres in Ashtown, Dublin and Moorepark, Cork. Our training programmes operate to best quality assurance standards and many courses are certified to QQI or equivalent standard.
