Monday, 22nd February - Preparing your farm and choosing calves
The first episode in 'The Calf Show' series focuses on preparing your farm and choosing calves.
Series facilitator, Michael Carey, AgriLand was joined by Séan Cummins, Teagasc Green Acres Calf To Beef Programme Advisor; Peter O'Hanrahan, Programme Participant and Doreen Corridan, Munster Bovine to give an insight into how to prepare your farm for the arrival of calves, as well as the factors that you need to consider when choosing calves.

Tuesday, 23rd February - Calf Feeding
The second episode in 'The Calf Show' series focuses on calf feeding and maintaining hygiene.
Series facilitator, Michael Carey, AgriLand is joined by James Fitzgerald, Teagasc Green Acres Calf To Beef Programme Advisor; Irvine Allen, Programme Participant and Rebecca O’Sullivan, Volac to give an insight into the milk replacer requirements that calves need to be getting as well as best practice for hygiene and biosecurity on farms.
