Finally on Wednesday evening at 7pm, presented by Emma Louise Coffey, The Dairy Edge looked at how Dara Killeen, dairy farmer, Co. Galway has focused on achieving key efficiency targets to sustainably grow his business. Patrick Gowing, Teagasc Oak Park was also a guest of Emma Louise's on night.
