Niamh Byrne, Abhainn Ri Farm, has passionately combined farming with hospitality. Abhainn Ri Farm, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Blessington, offers guests an authentic rural experience. With dedication to providing tranquility and a connection with nature, Abhainn Ri has become a sought-after destination. Niamh discussed the journey from starting with four self-catering units to developing farm trails and partnering with national wildlife organizations. The focus on offering unique experiences, such as farm walks and interaction with animals, has been key to their success.

Both stories highlight the potential for farm diversification to provide a sustainable and complementary income.
