Consumer perceptions of plant-based protein key focus of upcoming webinar
How does the European consumer feel about plant-based proteins? What does the future of sustainable consumption look like? These will be just some of the questions addressed as part of the upcoming VALPRO Path webinar titled: ‘European Consumer Perceptions of Plant-Based Protein’.
Taking place on July 10, the webinar will aim to review perceptions of EU consumers to plant-based protein that reflect the broader societal trends toward sustainability, health consciousness, and ethical consumption.
The webinar will feature insights from key stakeholders within the plant-protein landscape, highlighting critical aspects of consumer perception and market dynamics related to plant-based proteins. Participants will gain valuable perspectives on:
- European attitudes towards plant-based diets in Europe - Elsa Guadarrama, Smart Protein Project.
- Consumer acceptance of plant-based products across diverse European regions - Dr. Michel Fabienne, GIANT LEAPS.
- The B2B market for plant protein ingredients/products in Europe - Maurice O'Sullivan, Kerry Group
Following these presentations, a panel discussion will be moderated by Dr. Ewen Mullins, Head of Crops Research Department in Teagasc and Project Coordinator for VALPRO Path.
All interested parties are invited to participate and register here.
