On Thursday, 3rd February from 9.30am - 1pm , Teagasc product development and sensory specialists will hold a virtual, half-day training course on the manufacture of chocolate products. The course is designed for chocolate producers of all sizes and stages of product development.

The course is designed for chocolate producers of all sizes and stages of product development, from those interested in starting a chocolate business to commercial manufacturers looking to update their technical expertise.
The virtual course will be delivered over one morning session with a mixture of videos, lectures and Q & A sessions.
The course is led by Carol Griffin, sensory and NPD specialist and Shay Hannon, manager of the National Prepared Consumer Food Centre at Teagasc Ashtown. Our online courses are interactive, informal and offer a chance to food producers to network with Teagasc specialists and other producers in the sector.
