In this edition of Let's Talk Poultry Webinar Series which took place on Wednesday, 25 November, host Rebecca Tierney, Teagasc Poultry Advisor was joined by Professor Patrick Wall, University College Dublin (UCD) to discuss poultry & eggs - an underpromoted superfood.

As part of Animal Health Awareness Week 2020, Eithne White, Veterinary Inspector, Department of Agriculture & the Marine (DAFM) also joined the webinar to give an update on the Avian Influenza (AI) situation and highlighted the importance of strict biosecurity measures on poultry farms.
