4th Food Structure and Functionality Symposium19 October 2021 20 October 2021
The 4th Food Structure and Functionality Symposium, hosted by Teagasc’s De André Brodkorb and Dr Sean Hogan, will take place virtually on the 19th and 20th October.
The symposium will bring together renowned speakers from academia and industry to present on developments in food structure design and functionality that confront the challenges of a rapidly changing world. Among the speakers are Dr Mark Fenelon, Head of the Teagasc Food Research Programme and Dr Andre Brodkorb, a principal research officer at Teagasc Moorepark.
