Food Structure and Functionality Online Mini Symposium

Food Structure and Functionality is a free online symposium being held on Tuesday 20th October from 2-4.30pm.

The symposium is presented by André Brodkorb and Sean Hogan from the Food Chemistry and Technology Department and will focus on “current developments in food structure design and functionality that confront the challenges of a rapidly changing world”. Laura Gómez-Mascaraque from the Food Chemistry and Technology Department will present alongside other international speakers.
