Benefits of grass-fed dairy systems on the nutritional composition and properties of milk and dairy products

Grass fed dairy cows produce milk with superior nutritional properties.  This conference will demonstrate the scientific evidence to support these conclusions, and provide Irish exporters with the information required to market their produce as 'Irish Grass-Fed Dairy Products'.
