Marine Resources Programme - Fishery by-products and underutilised species use for commercial applications

Teagasc, Nua na Mara and Údarás na Gaeltachta are organising a 4 part Marine Resources Programme. This programme focuses on utilising the resources in the marine sector, such as seaweed and fisheries by-product to generate value added products beyond food and feed applications.
World Class researchers, experts and industry personnel will deliver these informational sessions to those of you with an interest in the circular blue economy, new value added products and applications, and waste to value applications.
This series occurs online for 3 sessions and a final session will be held at Teagasc Ashtown, where participants will have the opportunity to tour the facilities.
The second webinar taking place on Thursday, 10 November at 2pm focuses on fishery by-products and underutilised species use for commercial applications.
