Downy Mildew and Fusarium Wilt Control in Protected Lettuce Production - Webinar

First webinar of the Teagasc Winter 2021/2022 Vegetable Webinar Series, hosted by the Teagasc Horticulture Development Department.

This webinar, taking place on Thursday, 2nd December at 7pm will focus on Downy Mildew and Fusarium Wilt Control in Protected Lettuce Production

Webinar hosts Eoin Sweetman & Andy Whelton, Teagasc Horticulture Development Department will be joined by a leading UK plant pathologist, Dr. Erika Wedgewood of ADAS. Erika will discuss disease management of downy mildew and fusarium and give us an update on recent research and work from the UK on environmental monitoring and decision support tools.

We will also be joined by John Johnson of Enza Zaden who will update us Downy Mildew and Fusarium resistant lettuce varieties.
