Webinar host, Ciara McDonagh, Teagasc will facilitate this webinar with a presentation from Carol Griffin, Teagasc who will give an introduction to Sensory Science and how food businesses can benefit from its application.
This series of webinars, will offer an opportunity to hear from Teagasc specialists and researchers, discussing a range of topics of relevance to the food sector. The webinars are broadcast via Zoom and there will be an opportunity for participants to pose questions at the end of each session.
