Teagasc People Leadership and Change (PLC) Strategy
Teagasc recognises the need for excellence in Human Resource and Change Management if it is to succeed in achieving its objectives as set out in Teagasc 2030. In 2003 Teagasc developed a five year HR Strategy which brought about considerable changes in policies, systems and resources focused on how Teagasc manage and develop its people. The 2003 HR Strategy was developed through Partnership and it has seen huge commitment from staff and management over the last number of years.
