This Portfolio of Technologies is a tool that allows us to communicate to the food industry and wider stakeholders details of Teagasc’s technology offers, emerging technology opportunities, technical services, pilot plant facilities and key contact points. It will enable the reader to understand the depth and breadth of our food research and development capabilities within the Teagasc Food Programme. The Portfolio is to be used as a starting point (or menu) from which food companies can begin to engage with us through various innovation support channels.
