Farm Business Options Webinar - Adding value to farm produced food

On a recent Farm Business Options webinar which took place on Tuesday, 17 November, host Barry Caslin was joined by Eddie O'Neill & Carol Griffin, Teagasc who gave an insight into the steps people should take when they are thinking of starting a food business and developing a new food product.

Carol and Eddie also outlined the assistance and support available from Teagasc and other agencies. Loretta Kennedy, Mama Bear Foods, joined the webinar to give an insight into why she decided to set up her own food business and her experience to date. A questions and answers session took place at the end of the webinar.
