The second webinar in the four part Let's Talk Dairy Time and People Management Series focused on Working Efficiently. This special series is run in conjunction with Macra Skillnet.
Marion Beecher and Aidan Aherne gave an overview of the changes that were implemented on the farm which enabled Aidan to work more efficiently. Marion highlighted the importance of LEAN and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to suit your farm.
