On this episode of Let's Talk Dairy which took place on Thursday, 31 March, Stuart Childs, Teagasc Dairy Specialist was joined by Zerlina Pratt, Dairy Lecturer at Teagasc Kildalton College to give an insight into the use of Beef AI in the dairy herd at the college.

Zerlina gives an overview of how they pick the cows, in terms of the ones they're going to breed to have replacements for the college herd and the beef choices after that.
