What is the People in Dairy Programme?

The People in Dairy Programme aims to develop research and training initiatives focused on all people who work in dairying, around topics such as labour efficiency, people management, collaborative ventures and succession. Through cross-industry collaboration, the Programme will contribute to a sustainable, profitable dairy industry of highly-skilled, dynamic farm owners, farm families, operators, employees and contractors.
