Food Industry Development

Our aim is to support the Irish Agri-food industry through the provision of advice, consultancy and specialist technical services. These services include new product development and reformulation, scale-up processing, product testing and sensory analysis. We deliver in-company and public training programmes to address specific industry needs and skills gaps and we work with food companies providing consultancy services to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are achieved.
