Virtual College Open Days

Teagasc are holding series of virtual events for prospective applicants to its full-time Level 5 agriculture, horticulture, equine and forestry courses.  Attendees will be shown behind the scenes footage of college educational facilities and farm enterprises, have the opportunity to hear testimonials from past students and join a live Q&A session. 

Topics discussed include; the application process; course content and elective subjects; progression; student maintenance grants and work experience arrangements. A recording of the webinar for the events is available at the links below

On Tuesday, 2 March, a live panel discussion and Q&A session with lecturers and past students from Ballyhaise College where attendees heard about the forestry courses offered at the college and had the opportunity to view superb behind the scenes video footage of college students out on practical training on the college forestry enterprise.
